We are currently operating with curbside service. Please adhere to the below protocol when you arrive for your appointment.
On arrival at the clinic, park in the main parking lot, make note of your slot number, and then call our front desk at 508-865-5500 tel:508-865-5500 . DO NOT PARK in the side driveway or in the staff parking slots.
On acknowledgment of arrival, we will then have you speak with a veterinary technician and confirm the phone number at which you can be reached. If you do not have a cell phone, please advise us of that prior to arriving at the clinic. On arrival, if you do not have a strong phone signal, sign in to our free-to-access wifi at BRACguest – there is no password required.
Please listen carefully to the instructions from your technician. When instructed to do so, you will walk/carry your pet from the parking lot either to the bottom of the ramp on the left side of the building or to the front steps. Occasionally in extremely poor weather, you may be asked to bring your pet down our driveway to the lower side door on the right side of our building. With each destination, you will be given specific hand-over instructions.
After passing your pet over to a medical staff member, please return to your car – DO NOT LEAVE THE PARKING LOT until your pet’s examination has been completed and you are advised to do so by a staff member.
Your pet will then be examined by the on-duty veterinarian. On completion of the exam, you will be called with the diagnosis and treatment plan.
After treatment, you will be called again for payment, and then given instructions on when and where to reclaim your pet.
